My Story
My path hasn't been a straight line -- and I've learned that most meaningful healing journeys aren't.
I began my professional life in the military, serving from 1998 to 2004. Those years shaped my sense of discipline, resilience, and responsibility -- qualities that still ground me today. After transitioning out of the military, I spent over two decades in the education field, including several years as an instructor teaching business courses. Education taught me how people learn, how they struggle quietly, and how much support matters when someone is trying to grow.
Over time, I felt drawn toward a different kind of work -- one that supported people not just intellectually, but emotionally and internally as well. That pull led me to hypnosis and transformational work rooted in self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and inner healing.
Alongside my formal training, I work intuitively and energetically. I experience deep inner knowing, heightened awareness, and intuitive perception that includes sensing, seeing, and hearing beyond the surface level. This intuitive sensitivity -- often referred to as cognizance -- allows me to tune into subtle patters, emotional undercurrents, and unspoken experiences in a grounded and ethical way. I continue to study, refine, and deepen this aspect of my work with care and responsibility, allowing it to support -- not replace -- the structured, client-centered approach I bring to every session.
Today, I offer both group and individual sessions using Seven Path Self-Hypnosis. My approach is calm, non-religious, and deeply respectful of each person's lived experience. I don't believe healing should feel rushed, overwhelming, or performative. I believe it works best when people feel safe, seen, and supported exactly where they are.
Beyond my professional work, I'm a parent to two incredible daughters who remind me daily what compassion, patience, and integrity truly look like. They've shaped not only who I am as a person, but how I show up in this work.
You may also see me under my pen name, Aubrey Kendall, where I write and publish fiction. I have written several smaller articles and eBooks that are reflective, soul-centered work focusing on healing, growth, and self-discovery.
If you're here, you don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need to be "ready" or fixed or certain. You just need a place where you can begin again -- gently, honestly, and at your own pace.
I'm glad you're here.
